The Foot stool is a piece taken from Deborah Bowmann’s hybrid spaces installation made in Marseille during Art-o-rama. 

Deborah Bowmann has been developing the idea of the « salon » : a term that questions the artists by its hybridity; it indicated a domestic space, a trade fairs or gatherings. The artists chose to bring together all of these spaces to compose a new idea, something transitory and dreamlike. 

These installations have been seen in many institutions as La loge (2018) in Brussels or at Centre George Pompidou (2021 - 2022) in Paris.
