Artist Laurent Pernot interprets romantic French Kiss by creating a wall sculpture of two mouths one against each other. The mouths were first stamped into cast, before Laurent Pernot carved them as if they were fragments, the face, the bodies have disappeared only leaving ‘the kiss’. Suspended by a a simple chain, this sculpture suggests love is infinite… But fragile.
