Exclusive French Cliché

French Cliché initiates an exclusive collaboration between artist and illustrator Victor Cadène and fabric manufacturer Maison Thevenon. Inspired by the traditional French ‘toile de Jouy’ Victor Cadène draws three characters, three scenes.

An ode to indolence that takes its roots in Mediterranean pictures, a reference to Ingres or Matisse. Maison Thévenon, dresses walls and furniture with sophisticated fabrics since 1908. The manufacturer seizes the essence of the artist’s drawing and applies them to a beautiful cotton poplin.

Napkins and tablecloths appear in the atelier’s printing machines. Victor’s imaginary world combines with Maison Thevenon’s know-how to invade your table.
